NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT:
The City of Encinitas, a municipal corporation, is the owner of that certain .public improvement
known as the ADA Sidewalk Improvements Project Phase 1 (CS18C).
The City of Encinitas is the owner.
The address is 505 South Vulcan Avenue, Encinitas, California 92024.
The general locations of said public improvements are at Springwood Lane, Morning Sun
Court, and 4th & C Street in Encinitas, CA 92024.
On September 20,2017, a contract to construct said public improvement was awarded to PAL
General Engineering.
Work under said contract was completed on or about August 14, 2018, to the satisfaction of the
City of Encinitas and was accepted by the City.
