NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT:
The City of Encinitas, a municipal corporation, is the owner of that certain public improvement
known as the Montgomery Avenue Sidewalk Improvements Project (CS17C).
The City of Encinitas is the owner.
The address is 505 South Vulcan Avenue, Encinitas, California 92024.
The general locations of said public improvements are at Montgomery Avenue near
Birmingham Drive and Rossini Drive in Encinitas, CA 92024.
On May 9, 2018, a contract to construct said public improvement was awarded to L.C. Paving
& Sealing Inc.
Work under said contract was completed on or about September 7, 2018, to the satisfaction of
the City of Encinitas and was accepted by the City.
