NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that that certain LIEN AGREEMENT FOR PUBLIC
IMPROVEMENTS claimed by the City of Encinitas against John Davis, a single man, hereinafter
called the OWNER, recorded in the Official Records of the Office of the County Recorder of San
Diego County, State of California, on September 18, 1998 per Doc. No. 1998-0596812 of the
Official Records of said County,with respect to that certain real property located in said County and
more particularly described in said covenant, is hereby released, the claim thereunder having been
fully paid and satisfied as to said real property.
