NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT:
The City of Encinitas, a municipal corporation, is the owner of that certain public improvement known
as the FY 2017/2018 Pavement Rehabilitation and Overlay Program (CS18A).
The City of Encinitas is the owner. The address is 505 South Vulcan Avenue, .Encinitas, California
92024.
The general locations of said public improvements are at various locations throughout Encinitas, CA
92024.
On August 10, 2017, a contract to construct said public improvement was awarded to PAL General
Engineering.
Work under said contract was completed on or about May 18, 2018, to the satisfaction of the City of
Encinitas and was accepted by the City.
