known as the Leucadia Flooding Issues Sump Areas Phase II Project (CD17A).
The City of Encinitas is the owner.
The address is 505 South Vulcan Avenue, Encinitas, California 92024.
The general locations of said public improvements are at various locations in Encinitas, CA
92024.
On October 18, 2017, a contract to construct said public improvement was awarded to Blue
Pacific Engineering and Construction.
Work under said contract was completed on or about March 17, 2018, to the satisfaction of the
City of Encinitas and was accepted by the City.
