NOTICE OF COMPLETION

1. Scripps Health, as OWNER in fee, was required to construct and install public water
mains and appurtenances per Scripps Memorial Hospital Devonshire Drive Widening Project at
354 Santa Fe Drive, Encinitas, CA.
2. Scripps Health is located at 10140 Campus Health Drive, Suite 210, San Diego, CA
92121.
3. Said improvements were completed by the OWNER and accepted by the San Dieguito
Water District Board of Directors on the 16th day of November, 2016.
4. Scripps Health posted security in the amount of$75,000. The security, in the amount of
$55,000, has been released. The District will retain security in the amount of$20,000.00. This
Security will be released at the end of the one-year warranty period.
5. All requirements of said improvements have hereby been satisfied except for warranty.
6. Neither acceptance of said improvements by the Board of Directors nor this Notice
constitute a waiver of any defects in the work of the construction or installation of said
improvements.
