NOTICE OF COMPLETION
Pursuant to the contract agreement for the "El Mirlo 30-Inch Transmission Main Repair,
Removal of Pipeline Couplings and Repair of One Blow-Off Assembly, Project CW18D"
between the San Dieguito Water District, an Irrigation District of the State of California and M-
Rae Engineering, Incorporated dated November 9, 2017, which included the completion of the
following work:
1. El Mirlo 30-Inch Transmission Main Repair Project removed four 30-inch flexible
couplings and replaced them with four sections of 30-inch cement lined, concrete
coated steel pipe(CMCL) in four vaults on El Mirlo in Rancho Santa Fe, California.
2. Replacement of a 6-inch blow-off assembly located in a vault on El Mirlo in Rancho
Santa Fe, California.
Said Agreement, including the plans and specifications for said improvements, is on file in the
Office of the Clerk of the Board of Directors.
Whereas, San Dieguito Water District, an Irrigation District of the State of California located at
160 Calle Magdalena, Encinitas, CA 92024 entered into an agreement as"Owner" in fee; and
Whereas, M-Rae Engineering, Incorporated located at 9865 Meadow Lane, Descanso, CA 91916
entered into an agreement as "Contractor"to construct improvements for the San Dieguito Water
District.
The Performance Bond is covered in Bond No. CE 11511100118 by Philadelphia Indemnity
Insurance Company in the amount of$185,200 and will remain in full force at this time and shall
be released at the end of the one-year warranty period.
All requirements of said Agreement have hereby been satisfied except for warranty.
Said improvements were completed and accepted by the San Dieguito Water District Board of
Directors on the 18th day of April,2018.

The San Dieguito Water District Board of Directors on the 18th day of April, 2018 authorized the
General Manager to record the"Notice of Completion."
Neither acceptance of said improvements by the Board of Directors nor this Notice constitute a
waiver of any defects in the work of the construction or installation of said improvements.
