NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT:
The City of Encinitas, a municipal corporation, is the owner of that certain public improvement
known as the Coast Highway 101 Sewer Pump Station and Sewer Force Main Project (CC14B).
The City of Encinitas is the owner.
The address is 505 South Vulcan Avenue, Encinitas, California 92024.
The general location of said public improvement is at Coast Highway 101 Sewer Pump
Station.
On July 13, 2016, a contract to construct said public improvement was awarded to NEWest
Construction.
Work under said contract was completed on or about December 14, 2017, to the satisfaction of
the City of Encinitas and was accepted by the City.
