Commissioner Barthopened the floor for Chair nominations. Commissioner Vitenson nominated Commissioner Muir for Chair andCommissioner Muiraccepted the nomination.There were no other nominations. Commissioner Muir was elected Chairfor a one-year term. Commissioner Barthopened the floor for Vice Chair nominations. Commissioner Tommy Yarbrough nominated Commissioner Bruhahnfor Vice Chair and Commissioner Bruhahnaccepted the nomination. Commissioner Muir nominated Commissioner Vitensonfor Vice Chair and Commissioner Vitensonaccepted the nomination. Ballot results were six votes for Commissioner Bruhahn, and five votes for Commissioner Vitenson. Commissioner Bruhahnwas elected Vice Chairfor a one-year term,receiving a majority of votes. Coastal Mobility and Livability Working Group Representation 10C. Commissioner Barthvolunteered to be the Youth Commission Ex Officio Representative on the Coastal Mobility and Livability Working Group committee.Commissioner Muir volunteered to be the back-up representative Commissioners unanimously accepted Commissioner Barthas the Ex Officio Representativeand Commissioner Muir as the back-up representative. 11.INFORMATIONAL ITEMS 11A.Staff Liaison Rundle presented the 2017 City events calendar. 11B.StaffLiaison Rundle indicated he will provide new Commissioners with the 2017 Commission Member Resource Handbook. 12.COMMISSION MEMBER INITIATED AGENDA ITEM None. 13.FUTURE AGENDA ITEMS ADDED BY COMMISSION MEMBERS None. 14.COMMISSION REPORTS None. 15.ADJOURNMENT ACTION COMMISSIONER BARTHREQUESTED A MOTION TO ADJOURNAT 5:23 P.M.
