No. T 3 29 Parcel No. 86-0453-A Log No. 194 -01 hereinafter called GRANTOROSI, do(es) hereby grant,convey and dedicate to the COUNTY OF SAN DIEGO, State of California, hereinafter called GRANTEE, the right of way and incidents thereto for a public highway upon, over and across that certain real property in the County of San Diego, State of California, described as follows: Parcel No. 86- 0453 -A (9- 25 -86) (DMW:JA :po) The Southeasterly 11.00 feet of Lot 14 (Excepting the Northeasterly 20.00 feet thereof) AND the Southeasterly 11.00 feet of Lot 15, all in Block L of SEASIDE GARDENS, in the County of San Diego, State of California, according to Map thereof No. 1800, filed in the Office of the County Recorder of said County, August 6, 1924. TOGETHER with those portions of Lots 13 and 14 in Block L of said Map No. 1800 lying Easterly of the arc of a 30.00 foot radius curve, concave Westerly, said curve being tangent to both the Northwesterly line of the above described 11.00 feet AND a line that is 20.00 feet Southwesterly of and parallel with the Northeasterly line of said Lots 13 and 14.
