(referenced herein as Parcel 33) on the west side of Interstate 5. The Interstate 5 land dedication
(File/Page No. 8289) physically divided Parcels 33 and 45 in 1963: A Certificate of Compliance was
recorded on August 1, 2017, Document No. 2017-0348106 on Parcel 33 to the west, establishing its legal
lot status, and legal lots also lie to the North, South and East of the subject property.Therefore, Parcel 45
is completely surrounded by lots already determined to have been legally created and is thereby
considered a separate legal lot pursuant to the Citys Policy of Determination of Legal Parcel.
