of San Diego, State of California, grantee, the right of way and incidents thereto for such public highway upon, over and
across the said lands, hereinafter described, lying and being in the County of San Diego, State of California, and puticular-
ly described as follows, to -wit:
That portion of Lot 1, Block W, Seaside Gardens Annex according to Map
thereof No. 1801 filed in the San Diego County Recorder's Office described
in deed to Robert E. Dawson and Adelita R. Dawson, 'lusband and wife, recorded
October 3, 1952 as document no. 123916 in the Office of said County Recorder
lying westerly of a line that is parallel with and distant 10 ft. at right
angles easterly from the westerly line of said Lot 1.
RESERVING unto the grantors herein, their successors and assigns, the right to
maintain existing driveway wing walls and existing.' water lines for the sprinkler
system in the hereinabove described property until such time as said property
is to be used by the Grantee for widening the public highway and incidental
purposes, at which time Grantee will cause said water -lines to be capped off,
and said wing walls trimmed in a workman-like manner as required by the work
of improvement.

For the consideration named herein we hereby grant to the County of San Diego the privilege and right to extend drainage t�
structures and excavation and embankment slopes beyond the limits of the herein described right of way where required
for the construction and maintenance of said County Highway.
And _ - - - -- f'ti. the said grantor .,R...., do........ hereby waive all claim for compensation for any and all damages on account of
the location, establishment and construction of said highway; and do............ hereby grant to the County of San Diego, State of
California, all trees, growths (growing or that may hereafter grow) and roadbuilding materials within said right of way, to.
gether with the right to use the same in such manner and at such locations as said grantee may deem proper, needful or
necessary in the construction, reconstruction and maintenance of said highway.
