The City of Encinitas, a municipal corporation, is the owner of that certain public improvement
known as the the Fiber Optic Interconnect Projects, CS14E & CS14F.
The City of Encinitas is the owner.
The address is 505 South Vulcan Avenue, Encinitas, California 92024.
The general location of said public improvements are on Encinitas Blvd, El Camino Real,
Leucadia Blvd, Via Cantebria, and S Coast Hwy 101.
On January 13, 2016, a contract to construct said public improvement was awarded to DBX, inc.
Work under said contract was completed on or about March 21, 2017, to the satisfaction of the
City of Encinitas and was accepted by the City.
