No. 2011-0502375 recorded September 27, 2011, to Scripps Health, the following real property is
located at 354 Santa Fe Drive in the City of Encinitas, County of San Diego, State of California.
The premise over which this easement extends is described on Exhibit "A" and Exhibit `B"
