IMPROVEMENTS claimed by the City of Encinitas against Ben Leland, a single man, hereinafter
called the OWNER, recorded in the Official Records of the Office of the County Recorder of San
Diego County, State of California, on March 24, 2003 per Doc. No. 2003-0325428 of the Official
Records of said County, with respect to that certain real property located in said County and more
particularly described in said covenant, is hereby released, the claim thereunder having been fully
