known as the Leucadia Flooding Issues Sump Areas (CD17A).
The City of Encinitas is the owner.
The address is 505 South Vulcan Avenue, Encinitas, California 92024.
The general locations of said public improvements are at various locations in Encinitas, CA
92024.
On December 1, 2016, a contract to construct said public improvements was awarded to Vailston
Company, Inc.
Work under said contract was completed on or about December 30, 2016, to the satisfaction of
the City of Encinitas and was accepted by the City.
