4 West, San Bernardino Meridian, in the County of San Diego, State of California,
according to United States Government Survey, approved April 19, 1881, described in
Quitclaim Deed to Giuseppe Marandino et ux, recorded June 7, 2006, as Document No.
2006-0404222, filed in the Office of the County Recorder of said County, lying Easterly of
courses "(1)", "(2)" and "(3)" of the following described LINE "A":

COMMENCING at a point on the Westerly right of way of. Interstate 5, at the
Southerly terminus of a course shown as " 'N.05'20' 56"W. 577.89' " on sheet 21 of
Miscellaneous Survey 611 on file in the Office of the County Surveyor of said County,
said point being marked by a 1 inch iron pipe which bears.S.05 028'54"E., 577.51 feet from
a 1 inch iron pipe with tag stamped "DIV HWYS"; thence leaving said Westerly right of
way N.01 029'53"W., 145.20 .feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING; thence, (1)
N.11°22'24"W., 156.34 feet to the beginning of a curve to the right; thence (2) along said
curve, having a radius of 250.00 feet, through a central angle of 11 137'33" an arc distance
of 50.73 feet; thence (3) N.0001 5'09"E., 60.36 feet to said Westerly right of way of
Interstate 5; thence (4) along said Westerly right of way N.05°28'54"W.,49.04 feet; thence
(5) leaving said Westerly right of way N.15 018'00"W., 99.98 feet to the beginning of a .
curve to the left; thence (6) along said curve having a radius of 508.50 feet, through a
central angle of 09 0.07'39", an arc distance of 81.00 feet; thence (7) N.24 025'39"W., 43.78
feet to the POINT OF TERMINUS
This conveyance is made for the purpose of a freeway and the grantor hereby
releases and relinquishes to the grantee any and all abutter's rights including access
rights, appurtenant to grantor's remaining property, in and to said freeway.

An EASEMENT FOR TEMPORARY CONSTRUCTION PURPOSES upon, over,
under and across that portion of the Southwest Quarter of Section 26, Township 13 South,
Range 4 West, San Bernardino Meridian, in the County of San Diego, State of California,
according to United States Government Survey, approved April 19, 1881, described in
Quitclaim Deed to Giuseppe Marandino et ux, recorded June 7, 2006, as Document No.
2006-0404222, filed in the Office of the County Recorder of said County, being a strip of
land, 10.00 feet in width, the Easterly line of said strip-'being the above described "LINE
"A"" in "PARCEL 34664-1".
Rights to the above described temporary easement shall cease and terminate on
December 31, 2019. Said rights may also be terminated prior to the above date by STATE
upon notice to GRANTOR.
Bearings and distances used in the above descriptions are based on the California
Coordinate System of 1983, Zone 6, HPGN Epoch 1991.35. Divide all distances by
0.9999746 to obtain ground level distances.
This real property description has been prepared by me, or under my direction, in
conformance with the Professional Land Surveyors' Act.

public highway on the lands hereby conveyed in fee and the GRANTOR, for itself and its successors and
assigns, hereby waives any and all claims for damages to GRANTOR's remaining property contiguous to the
property hereby conveyed by reason of the location,construction, landscaping or maintenance of the highway.
