IRRIGATION DISTRICT, an Irrigation District, as to an undivided 57% interest ,
and SAN DIEGUITO IRRIGATION DISTRICT, an Irrigation District, as to an undivided
143% interest, without warranty, all its right, title and interest in and to the
following described property situated in the County of San Diego, State of
California:
The Westerly 700 feet of the Southerly 450 feet of the
Southeast Quarter of Southeast Quarter of Section 10,
Township 13 South, Range 3 West, San Bernardino Meridian,
in the County of San Diego, State of California, according
to the official plat thereof.
Reference is hereby made to the proceedings had in the Superior Court
of the State of California, in the Matter of the Estate of PEARSON CARMEAN, also
known as P. CARMEAN, deceased, Probate 374,331, and particularly to the Decree
of Distribution, dated June 28, 1960, and the Order Appointing Successor Trustee,
dated March 1, 1961, on file therein, and this Deed is executed pursuant to the
powers vested in the Trustee by the terms of said Trust.

RESOLUTION
ACCEPTING CONVEYANCE OF PROPERTY FOR
RESERVOIR AND FILTRATION PLANT PURPOSES
WHEREAS, SANTA FE IRRIGATION DISTRICT and SAN DIEGUITO IRRIGATION
DISTRICT have entered into plans for the joint construction of a water filtra-
tion plant and reservoir; and
WHEREAS, it is necessary to acquire certain lands to be used for said
purposes, including the lands described on the Deed hereinafter referred to;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Directors of SANTA
FE' IRRIGATION DISTRICT hereby accept the conveyance of the property more par-
ticularly described in that certain Deed from Bank of America National Trust
and Savings Association, as Trustee under the Will of Pearson Carmean, affecting
a portion of the Southeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section 10, Town-
ship 13 South, Range 3 West, San Bernardino Meridian, which Deed is dated
May 5, 1967, a copy of which Deed is attached to this Resolution, marked
"Exhibit A".
PASSED AND ADOPTED June 12, 1967 by the following roll call vote:
AYES: Directors Badger, Armstrong, Wellman, Brower and Schofield.
NOES: None.
ABSENT: None.
