RESOLUTION
ACCEPTING CONVEYANCE OF PROPERTY FOR
RESERVOIR AND FILTRATION PLANT PURPOSES
WHEREAS, SANTA FE IRRIGATION DISTRICT and SAN DIEGUITO IRRIGATION
DISTRICT have entered into plans for the joint construction of a water filtra-
tion plant and reservoir; and
WHEREAS, it is necessary to acquire certain lands to be used for said
purposes, including the lands described on the Deed hereinafter referred to;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Directors of SANTA
FE IRRIGATION DISTRICT hereby accept the conveyance of the property more parti-
cularly described in that certain Deed from AIR LOGISTICS CORPORATION affecting
a portion of the Northeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Section 15, Town-
ship 13 South, Range 3 West, San Bernardino Meridian, according to Official Plat
thereof, which deed is dated June 20, 1967, a copy of which Deed is attached to
this Resolution, marked "Exhibit A".
PASSED AND ADOPTED July 10, 1967, by the following roll call vote:
AYES: Directors Brower, Armstrong, Wellman and Schofield.
NOES: None.
ABSENT: Director Badger.
I. RALPH M. HANEY, Secretary of the Board of Directors of SANTA FE
IRRIGATION DISTRICT of the County of San Diego, State of California, hereby
certify that I have compared the foregoing copy with the original Resolution
passed and adopted by said Board at a regular meeting thereof, at the time and
by the vote therein stated, which original resolution is now on file in my
office; and that the same contains a full, true and correct transcript there-
from and of the whole thereof.
