RESOLUTION NO. 200246 JUL 9 1910
WHEREAS, heretofore The City of San Diego, The Santa
Fe Irrigation District and San Dieguito Irrigation District
entered into an agreement, which is on file in the office
of the City Clerk as Document No. 728946, for the convey-
ance by City to said The Santa Fe Irrigation District and
said San Dieguito Irrigation District of the San Dieguito
Reservoir, and the pipelines and related conduit; and
WHEREAS, the terms and conditions of said conveyance
are more particularly set forth in said agreement; and
WHEREAS, the City should now convey to The Santa Fe
Irrigation District as to an undivided 57 1/3% interest
and to San Dieguito Irrigation District as to an undivided
42 2/3% interest, as tenants in common, the San Dieguito
Reservoir, and the pipelines and related conduit, in accord-
ance with said agreement; and
WHEREAS, the value of the property to be conveyed by
the City is the sum of One Hundred Thirty-Nine Thousand
Four Hundred Dollars ($139, 400 .00) ; and
WHEREAS, the City Manager, pursuant to Section 22 .0902
(e) of the San Diego Municipal Code, has recommended that
the aforesaid conveyance be made; NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED, by the Council of The City of San
Diego, as follows:
That the Mayor and the City Clerk of said City be, and
they are hereby authorized and empowered to execute, for
and on behalf of, and as the act and deed of The City of
San Diego, a grant deed, the form of which is on file in
the office of the City Clerk as Document No. 732538
conveying to THE SANTA FE IRRIGATION DISTRICT as to an
undivided 57 1/3% interest and to the SAN DIEGUITO IRRIGATION
DISTRICT, as to an undivided 42 2/3% interest, as tenants

RESOLUTION NO. 70-44
Accepting Grant Deed For the Lake Hodges Flume
and Easements , San Dieguito Reservoir and Dam
Sites, and City of San Diego's Interest in a
30-inch Pipeline, Subject to the Approval of
the Managers of Santa Fe and San Dieguito Irrigation
Districts .
BE IT RESOLVED, By the Board of Directors of the Santa Fe Irrigation
District that the Board accept and direct the officers of the District to file
for recording the Grant Deed executed by the City of San Diego granting to
Santa Fe and San Dieguito Irrigation Districts its interest in the Lake Hodges
flume and related easements , the San Dieguito Reservoir and Dam sites , and the
City of San Diego's interest in the 30-inch pipeline which was the original
connection to the San Diego County Water Authority 's aqueduct , subject to the
approval of the Managers of the Santa Fe and San Dieguito Irrigation Districts.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Directors of Santa Fe Irrigation District
at its regular meeting held on Monday, October 12, 1970 by the following vote:
AYES : Directors Brower , Badger, Wellman and Fletcher
NOES : None.
ABSENT: Director Armstrong .
I , VIVIAN L. WOODWARD, Secretary of the Board of Directors of the Santa Fe
Irrigation District, hereby certify that the above is a true and exact copy

ACCEPTING AND AUTHORIZING RECORDING OF GRANT DEED AND ' '
gUITCLAIM DEED FROM CITY OF SAN DIEGO
•
WHEREAS, the San Dieguito Irrigation District and the Santa Fe Irrigation
1 District have jointly acquired certain property hereinafter described;
AND WHEREAS, the City of San Diego has presented a grant deed and a ouit-
claim deed for acceptance prior to recording;
AND WHEREAS, these documents have been found to be satisfactory to the
San Dieguito Irrigation District;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the officers of the district be, and
,/ they hereby are, authorized to accept and have recorded the documents attached
hereto and marked Exhibits "A" and "B", and by this reference made a part
hereof.
Passed and adopted by the following roll call vote:
Ayes: Directors Lawson, Dean, Noonan, Pearson and Cermak.
Noes: None.
