RESOLVED, that Mr. J. Be Lippincott be employed
by this Board as its representative to conduct
negotiations with the owners of the water systems
offered with a view of securing propositions which
comply with the requirements of his report.

RESOLUTION CHANGING BOUNDARIES OF DIVISIONS
1, 2, 3, 4 and 5 OF THE CARDIFF IRRIGATION
DISTRICT.
WHEREAS, the Board of Directors deem it advisable and for
the best interest of the Cardiff Irrigation District, and the con-
venience of the elect4gs of said Cardiff Irrigation District, that
the Boundaries of Divisions 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5 of said Cardiff
Irrigation District be changed.
WHEREAS, said change of Boundaries of the Divisions will
make each division thereof more nearly equal in area and population.
ITHEREAS, there is no election to be held in said Cardiff
Irrigation District within sixty ( 60) days of the date of this
resolution.
s NO'Y, THEREFORE, the Board of Directors of the Cardiff
Irrigation District hereby order that the Boundaries of Divisions
1, 2, 3, 4 and 5 of said Cardiff Irrigation District shall be
fchanged and that the following is a discription of the territory
included within each respective division, as follows , to-wit:

A report o'_' the commi`tee on the present condition of the water
system supplying Cardiff was made by C. H. Webster. The commit*e
recommended that the board spend tSO.nO to deepen the r-esent
well six feet.
Director W.Rathyen moved that the engineer of the Cardi°f
water system be instructed to read the meters on the ?Rth of
each month and give readings to the Secretary. Director F. S.Cole
seconded the motion, Carried.
A motion was made to adjourn, seconded and carried.
