gHEREAS for the purpose of ascertaining and estimraing the
amp- nt of ironey necessary to be raised for the p:..rpose of construct-
ing and acquiring necessary i-rriga,tion canals, -ice lines, rights of
way, works, water and water rights, reservoirs a_.d other c>roperty or
structures necesse=r - for the purposes of the Cardiff Irrigation Dis-
trict, the Board of Directors of said district has caused surveys,
exan.in, tions , dra�,�.ings and pl<ns to be made by Walter Leroy Huber,
a competent and duly quz:lified irrigation engineer, and the s-,-id .
Huber has submitted to said Board said surveys, exar.:in .tions, draw-

ir.•gs, and glans, together 7,ith his re?ort in --respect tt.ereof, all of
which have been by him duly certified, and by -reference thereto s,re
