Resolved:. r, That the Board of Directors reconsider its
Resolution No. ,.- adopted July 2nd. , 1919, in which the attorneys
for the Cardiff Ifrigation District were instructed to appeal to
the Supreme Court of California, the 60tto7a entitled, "The People
of the State of California' ve The Cardiff Irrigation District, BXA
that the Secretary be instructed to direct the said attorneys to
withhold the appeal of the aforesaid action to the Supreme Court.
