P.M. Present : Directors J. Frank Cullen, T. F.Hyer, Warn-r Rathyen, Chester A . Craig and Fred S. Cole. Secretary J. L. Tfinney. The President, J . Frank Cullen, trilled the meeting to order a.nd stated it was in order to or5anize the Board. Director J. Frank Cullen was noerinated for President. The noc:.ination was :iuly seconded. Director Chester A . Craig acted us Chairaivn and presented the nomination. Director J. Frank Cullen was unanic.ously elected. Secretary J. L. Minney sas no .,irated for sec- retary. The noc..ination was duly seconded and carried. It 'vas ir.oved, seconded and carried that the president and secretory of the Board should hold their respective offices for an indefinite length of time. The secretary read the a.inutes of tta previous weating of February 4, 1919, alse, the minutes of the meeting of the Board, February 10, 1 19 which met to canvass the returns of the General election of February 5, 1919. Tha bonds of the Assessor, Tax Collector and Treasurer were fixed: S,000 for Assessor, 45,000 for Tax Collector and $10, )JC for Treasurer. C. A. Hurssel�, who J } occupies the co::.-_ined offices sresented bonds of the Maryland Casualty Corpanv, as directed. The sar:e were duly approved by a Judge of the Superior C,-,urt of San Diego County and ordered filed with the Secretary as required by taw. Directors, IA. E. Hyer, J. Frank Cullen, 1'arner Rathyen, Chester A. Craig and Fred S. Cole havir.;; de- posited bonds of t;ie 4aryland Casualty Company as required by law, in the sum of Five Thousand Dollars each, said bonds having been r:p_,.roved by a judge of the Superior Court of Srn '7iego Countyp :vera ordered to be recorded by the Count;; Racorder of San Diego County which the Secretary mated had been done. Ti-_ first order of business was the hawing of iota for classification of Directors, according to the provision of the Statute, and it was found that Directors Chester A. Craig and '":`__rner Rathyen had 'lrawn the long term of four years, said tern; ex;,iring in Februe-ry 1923 and Directors 1,5.E. F-yer and Fred S.
