The minutes of the meeting of the Board held 7th* day of ?a-nary
1919 were read and approved as read.
Director J. Frank Cullen presented Resolution No. 47 entitled
A Resolution desigr.Attng the polling planes and appointing the elec
tion officers for the general election to be held in the Cardiff
Irrigation District on Wednesday, February 5th,1919. P:hich resolu-
tion was read by the secretary. It ras thereupon roved by Director
J. Frank Cullen, seconded by Director J. L. Minney that resolution
N0.47 be adopted. On roll Call the said resolution ras adopted by
the following vote:
Ayes, Directors J. Frank Cullen, E.E. Young, and J.L.Minrey.
Noes. Directors None.
Absent. Directors. . None.
