OF THE CARDIFF IRRIGATION DISTRICT, HELD AT THE OFFICE OF THE
DISTRICT IN THE FLATIRON BUILDING, TOV5T OF CARDIFF, COUNTY OF
SAN DIEGO, STATE: OF CALIFORITIA, OIT "Ob?DAY, DECETBER 23rd, 1918,
AT 2 O'CLOCK.
Present: Directors J. Frank Cullen, Eugene E. Young,
J. L. Ifinney and Secretary J. L. Iinney.
The finutes of the meeting of the Board held Dec . 3rd, 1918.
were read and approved.
All of the election boards for the special election held
in the District on the 17th day of December, 1918, on the propo-
sition whether certain territory should be included within the
�✓ District having reported to the Board of Directors, the Board
proceeded to canvass the vote of the said election. After the
said canvass had been completed, Director hugene E. Young presented
resolution 7o. 43, entitled " A Resolution Declaring, the Result
of the Special Election held in The Cardiff Irrigation District on
the 17th day of December, 1918, r:,hich said resolution was read by
the Secretary. It was thereupon moved by Director Eugene E. Young,
seconded by Director J . L. 1Tinney, that resolution I?o. 43 be adopted.
On roll call the said resolution was adopted by the following vote:
Ayes: Directors J. Frank Cullen, Eugene E. Young, J . L. I?inney.
Noes: Directors none.
Absent Directors none.
` Thereupon Director Eugene E. Young presented resolution ITo. 44
�✓ entitled "A Resolution Ordering that the Boundaries of the Cardiff
Irrigation District be Changed", which said resolution was
thereupon read by the Secretary. Thereupon Director Eugene E.
Young moved that resolution No. 44 be adopted, which was duly
seconded by Director J. L . iinney, and on roll call the said
resolution was adopted by the following vote:
Ayes: Directors J. Frank Cullen, Eugene E. Young, J.L .Minney;
Noes: Directors none.
Absent Directors none .
Thereupon it was moved by Director Eugene E. Young, duly seconded
by Director J. L. :.inney, that the Secretary of this Board cause
a duly certified copy of the said resolution IIo. 44 to be recorded
in the office of the County Recorder of the County of San Diego,
State of California, which said motion was by a unanimous vote
duly adopted.
On motion of Director J. L . `?inney, seconded by Director
Eugene E. Young, the Board adjourned to meet Thursday, January 2nd,
1919, at the hour of 2 o1clock P ' , at the usual meeting place of
the Board, which said motion was by the Board unanimously adopted.
