IN THE FLAT IRON BUILDING IN THE TCP.N OF CARDIFF, COUNTY OF SAN-
DIEGO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA, ON TUESDAY, THE 5d DAY OF DECEMBER

The President, J. Prank Cullen, called the meeting to order.
The minutes of the previous meeting of November 16th, 1918, were
read and ap_,roved as read,
f R E S 0 L U T I 0 N.
v For the convenience of the Boadd of Directors and Assessor, Tax Colle-4
for and Treasurer it is thought best to make some alterations in the Of
face Building and certain fixtures and furniture be purchased,now,
THEREFORE, be it RESOLVED that the following changes be made: That the
partition in the upper and lower office re moved : that the cement fl-or
be leveled and a linoleum be purchased for the floor in the Assessor's
Office. Also, a counter for said office and a sign board to be placed
on the outside of said building, indicating that the said office is the
office of the Cardiff Irrigation District and therefore be it further
RESOLVED that a committee composed of Directors :.Frank Cullen and :-LL
Minney be appointed to make said purchases and employ a carpenter to
make said alterations. The above resolution was made by 131rector E.E
