The president called the meeting to order.The minutes of the

Petition of McKinnon Estate, relative to the with
drawing of said estate from the Cardiff Irrigation
District was read.
The Secretary was instructed to write to Crouch and
Chambers, attorneys ter said estate to have McKinnon
[ to advance $15.00 to pay necessary expense of advertising.drar-
�✓ ing up description of property and recording etc.
The Board of directors of the Cardiff Irrigation District deem
it 4o the beat interest of the District to establish a uniform
rule, governing the charge of water to consumers. Therefore, beit
RESOLVED THAT A CHARGE ON THE BASIS OF 250 per 1000 gal. per Month
for the first 4000 gal. and that is no event shall the flat rate
be less than $1.00 pei- month and be it further
RESOLVED that after the first 4000 gal. used by consumer all ex-
cess water used Over 4000 gal. dzring month shall be charged at
the rate of 20O per 1000 gal and that the District at its earli-
est convenience meter its water to its eensumers and be it further
RESOLVED that all water charges shall be met by the consumers on
or before the 10th day of each month and in the event said bills
are not paid when due it shall be optional with the Board of Di-
rectors Whether further use of rater to said consumer be allowed
and in case the water is shut off a charge of 50¢ shall be made.
This resolution was made by J.Frank Cullen, duly seconded by E. E.
Young and unanimously carried.

been appointed by the Board of Directors of the Cardiff Irrigation
District to collect money from consumers for the use 49 of Water
and Whereas the books and accounts have been examined by said
Board up to date and tie money properly turned over to the treas-
urer of the District TPMREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the accounts
be accepted as correct.
This resolution was made by J.Frank Cullen duly seconded by
S.S. Young and unanimously carried.
The reports of the Tresaurer and Tax Collector sere duly sub-
mitted, approved, verified and ordered filed.
There being no further business a notion was made, seconded and
carried to adjourn.
