the Board by rirector E.E.Young. It being the sale of one Prsclene
Engine 4 H.P. of the Fairbanks L`orse Co. and the nayriert in +%u11
from Rely- Cole. The check e�as duly turned over to C.A.Auresell,the
treasurer and Ealy- Cole ^uly receipted.
The reports of the Treasurer and Tax Collector were duly submitted*
approved, verified and ordered filed.
There being no further business it was moved , seconded and car-
ried to adjourn.
