extend and maintain drainage facilities, excavation and embankment slopes beyond the
limits of said right-of-way as offered for dedication by Gregory Bradford McCord and
Patti Lu McCord as Owners to the City of Encinitas over Parcel 1 of Parcel Map 16481
recorded on May 23 1991 as File No. 91-244699 in the Office of the County Recorder
of San Diego County is hereby accepted.
I certify on behalf of the City Council of the City of Encinitas, pursuant to authority
conferred by Resolution No. 94-107 of said City of Encinitas City Council adopted on
November 9, 1994, that the City of Encinitas consents to the making of the foregoing
acceptance and consents to the recordation thereof by its duly authorized officer.
