4A. Rancho Coastal Humane Society
Public Relations Director John Van Zante briefed the Commission on the mission and
accomplishments of the Society and described youth volunteer opportunities.
5.ORAL COMMUNICATIONS/ POSSIBLE DIRECTION TO STAFF
Lynne Tufts, IT Manager provided a brief overview of the City’s Draft Communications
Plan and requested the Commission review the plan and provide input at the June
meeting.

There were no changes to the posted agenda.

Goal 5-Recreation Supervisor Buck reviewed the Do Life Big Teen Leader Event outline
with the Commissioners.
