PRIVATE IMPROVEMENTS REQUIRED AS CONDITION ON FINAL APPROVAL OF
SUBDIVISION OF REAL PROPERTY claimed by the City of Encinitas against WIEGAND
NEGLIA CORPORATION ("SUBDIVIDER"hereinafter) is the owner and recorded in the Official
Records of the Office of the County Recorder of San Diego County, State of California, on August

certain real property located in said County and more particularly described in said covenant, is
hereby released,the claim thereunder having been fully paid and satisfied as to said real property.
