and claim of SDG&E in and to the following described real property that was acquired by virtue of the
easement dated August 8, 1974 and recorded August 20, 1974 at Recorder's File/Page.No. 74-225967 of
Official Records of said County of San Diego.
The real property in which said easement(s) is quitclaimed is described as follows:

according to Map thereof No. 15926, filed in the Office of the County Recorder of said County of San
