MINUTES OF THE ENCINITAS CITY YOUTH COMMISSION
REGULAR MEETING DEC. 2, 2015, 4:30 P.M., 505 S. VULCAN AVENUE
1. CALL TO ORDER
Chair Forrest called the meeting to order at 4:31 P.M.

Present: Commissioners N. Barth, Conger, Forrest, Galloway, Muir, Wimsatt, Vitenson,
Brookes, A. Barth, and Maskiewicz
Also Present: Recreation Superintendent Gorham, Recreation Supervisor Buck and
Management Analyst Roff

4A. At Home Encinitas – Michael Strong, Senior Planner, City of Encinitas
Senior Planner Strong provided an update on At Home Encinitas and a handout of the
Draft October 30, 2015 Floating Zones.

Chair Forrest presented the agenda report and Commissioners finalized their
Holiday Parade participation plans.

Recreation Supervisor Buck and Commissioner N. Barth presented the operations
report.
