IMPROVEMENTS FACILITIES (LIEN CONTRACT) claimed by the San Dieguito Water
District against Lennar Homes of California, Inc., a California Corporation and recorded in the
Official Records of the Office of the County Recorder of San Diego County, State of California,
on August 15, 2013 per Document No. 2013-0513123 of the Official Records of said County,
with respect to that certain real property located in said County and more particularly described
in said lien, is hereby released, the claim thereunder having been fully paid and satisfied as to
said real property.
