NOTICE OF COMPLETION
Assessor's Parcel No's 254-400-14, 19 Agreement No. A-0100
1. Lennar Homes of California, Inc., a California Corporation, as OWNER I entered
into a lien covenant for the benefit of the San Dieguito Water District. The "Lien Covenant
Regarding Real Property: Improvements Required as Condition on Final Approval of Subdivision
of Real Property", was recorded with the County Recorder of the County of San Diego as
Document No. 2013-0513123 on August 15, 2013. The Covenant detailed the requirements for
the construction and installation of public water mains and appurtenances, within the property
known as Fiore.
2. Said Covenant, including the plans and specifications for said improvements, is on file with
the Office of the Clerk of the Board of Directors.
3. Lennar Homes of California, Inc. is located at 25 Enterprise, Suite 300, Aliso Viejo, CA
92656.
3. Said improvements were completed by the OWNER and accepted by the San Dieguito
Water District Board of Directors on the 16th day of September,2015.
4. Lennar Homes of California, Inc., posted security in the amount of$211,500.00. Seventy-
five percent (75%) of the security has been released. The District will retain twenty-five percent
(25%) of the security in the amount of$52,900.00. This Security will be released at the end of the
one-year warranty period.
5. All requirements of said Agreement have hereby been satisfied except for warranty.
6. Neither acceptance of said improvements by the Board of Directors nor this Notice
constitute a waiver of any defects in the work of the construction or installation of said
improvements.
