Chair Barth called the meeting to order at 4:31 PM
2. ROLL CALL
Present: Chair Barth, Vice Chair Forrest, Commissioners Galloway, Martos, Muir,
Simmons, N. Barth, N Conger, Waldvogel, Kanzler, Wimsatt, Lawson (arrived 4:50 pm),
Maskiewicz, and M Conger (arrived 6:17 pm)
Also Present: Recreation Superintendent Gorham, Recreation Supervisor Buck and
Management Analyst Roff

Commissioners broke for the tour at 4:33 pm.
5:35 pm- Depart Leichtag Ranch for Noodles & Company Restaurant – 260 N El
Camino Real, Encinitas
Meeting resumed at 6:21 pm.
