NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that that certain AGREEMENT FOR WATER
IMPROVEMENTS FACILITIES (LIEN CONTRACT) claimed by the San Dieguito Water
District against Shea Homes, Limited Partnership, a California limited partnership and recorded in
the Official Records of the Office of the County Recorder of San Diego County, State of
California, on August 7, 2007 per Document No. 2007-0527495 of the Official Records of said
County, with respect to that certain real property located in said County and more particularly
described in said lien, is hereby released, the claim thereunder having been fully paid and
satisfied as to said real property.
