NOTICE OF COMPLETION
Pursuant to the contract agreement for the "D Street Beach Access Pole Repair Project No.
PR.14-015" between the City of Encinitas, a municipal corporation and Soil Engineering
Construction Inc. dated May 22, 2014, which included the completion of the following work:
1 Installation of structural concrete grade beams and associated repairs to the wood
structural members of the beach access upper stair tower located at D Street Beach
Access, 450 D Street, City of Encinitas, California.
Said Agreement, including plans and specifications for said improvements, is on file in the
Office of the City Clerk of the City Council.
Whereas, City of Encinitas, a municipal corporation located at 505 South Vulcan Ave,
Encinitas, CA 92024 entered into an agreement as "Owner"; and
Whereas, Soil Engineering Construction, Inc located at 560 N. Hwy 101, Suite 5, Encinitas,
CA 92024 entered into an agreement as "Contractor" to construct improvements for the City
of Encinitas;
All requirements of said Agreement have been hereby satisfied except for warranty
Said improvements were completed and accepted by the City of Encinitas on the 26th day
of May, 2015.
The City Manager of the City of Encinitas on the 29th day of May, 2015 authorized the Parks
and Recreation Director to record the "Notice of Completion."
Neither acceptance of said improvements by the City of Encinitas City Manager nor this
notice constitute a waiver of any defects in the work of the construction or installation of said
improvements.
