NOTICE OF COMPLETION
Pursuant to the contract agreement for the "Encinitas Community Center Chiller
Replacement Project No PR. 14-04" between the City of Encinitas, a municipal corporation
and Jackson and Blanc dated Sep 8, 2014, which included the completion of the following
work.
1 Chiller replacement and installation of a web based control system at the Encinitas
Community and Senior Center located at 1140 Oakcrest Park Drive, City of
Encinitas, California.
Said agreement, including plans and specifications for said improvements, is on file in the
Office of the City Clerk of the City of Encinitas.
Whereas, City of Encinitas, a municipal corporation located at 505 South Vulcan Ave,
Encinitas, CA 92024 entered into an agreement as "Owner", and�/� .,�%
Whereas, Jackson and Blanc located at 7929 Ajrons Drive, San Diego, CA 92126 entered
into an agreement as "Contractor" to construct improvements for the City of Encinitas;
All requirements of said agreement have been hereby satisfied
Said improvements were completed and accepted by the City Council of the City of
Encinitas on the 10 day of June 2015
The City Council of the City of Encinitas on the 10 day of June 2015 authorized the Parks
and Recreation Director to record the "Notice of Completion "
Neither acceptance of said improvements by the City of Encinitas City Council nor this
notice constitute a waiver of any defects in the work of the construction or installation of said
improvements.
