1. THIS CONDOMINIUM PLAN ESTABLISHES THE SPATIAL CONFIGURATION OF ALL OF
THE COMPONENTS OFA CONDOMINIUM PROJECT COMMON INTEREST DEVELOPMENT,
AS SAID DEVELOPMENT IS DEFINED IN CALIFORNIA CIVIL CODE SECTION 1351(c), AND
HAS BEEN PREPARED IN ACCORDANCE WITH SECTION 1351(e) OF SAID CIVIL CODE.
2. "CONDOMINIUM", AS SAID TERM IS USED HEREIN, SHALL MEAN AN ESTATE IN REAL .
PROPERTY AS DEFINED IN CALIFORNIA CIVIL CODE SECTION 1351(f AND SHALL
CONSIST OF AN UNDIVIDED FRACTIONAL FEE INTEREST IN THE COMMON AREA,TOGE-
