NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that that certain AGREEMENT FOR IMPROVEMENTS IN
PUBLIC RIGHT OF WAY ORDINANCE 4815 (LIEN CONTRACT) claimed by the City of
Encinitas against NORTH COUNTY HEALTH PROJECT, INC. and recorded in the Official
Records of the Office of the County Recorder of San Diego County, State of California, on October
4, 1984 per Doc. No. 84-378038 of the Official Records of said County, with respect to that certain
real property located in said County and more particularly described in said covenant, is hereby
released, the claim thereunder having been fully paid and satisfied as to said real property.
