NOTICE OF COMPLETION
Pursuant to the contract agreement for the "Manchester Avenue Water Main Extension and
OMWD Emergency Interconnect," between the City of Encinitas for the San Dieguito Water
District and ARB, Inc. dated January 27, 2012, which included the completion of the following
work:
1. Construct 1,635 linear feet of 12-inch PVC water main in Manchester Avenue;
2. Construct 350 linear feet of 8-inch PVC water main in Via Poco
3. Installation of a pressure reducing station in Via Poco.
Said Agreement, including the plans and specifications for said improvements, is on file in the
Office of the Clerk of the Board of Directors.
Whereas, City of Encinitas, a municipal corporation, herein referred to as "CITY" entered into an
agreement for San Dieguito Water District, a subsidiary district to the CITY; and San Diequifo
Wader D►c+r►c - is owner; i n Fee; /ocafed at Itoo Cabe Magdalena, Encil»+as CA
Whereas, ARB, Inc. entered into an agreement as "CONTRACTOR" to construct improvements
for the San Dieguito Water District; and
Whereas, ARB, Inc. is located at 26000 Commercentre Drive, Lake Forest, CA 92630;
The Faithful Performance and a Labor and Materials Bond are covered in Bond No.
024038766/929542796 by Liberty Mutual Insurance Company and Western Surety Company in
the amount of$3,999,000 and will remain in full force at this time and shall be released at the
end of the one-year warranty period.
All requirements of said Agreement have hereby been satisfied except for warranty.
Said improvements were completed and accepted by the San Dieguito Water District Board of
Directors on the 19th day of June, 2013.

The San Dieguito Water District Board of Directors on the 19th day of June, 2013 authorized the
General Manager to record the "Notice of Completion".
Neither acceptance of said improvements by the Board of Directors nor this Notice constitute a
waiver of any defects in the work of the construction or installation of said improvements.

VERIFICATION OF BOARD CLERK
I, the undersigned, say:
I am the Board Clerk of the San Dieguito Water District; the Board of Directors
of said District on June 19, 2013, accepted the above described work as
completed and ordered that a Notice of Completion be filed.
I declare under penalty of perjury that the foregoing is true and correct.
