NOTICE OF COMPLETION
Assessor's Parcel No. 259-180-19 Agreement No. A-0091

1. SENOJAC, LLC A California Limited Liability Company as OWNER entered into a lien
covenant for the benefit of the San Dieguito Water District. The "Lien Covenant Regarding Real
Property: Improvements Required as Condition on Final Approval of Subdivision of Real
Property", was recorded with the County Recorder of the County of San Diego as Document No.
2009-0343873 on January 23, 2009. The Covenant detailed the requirements for the construction
and installation of public water mains and appurtenances, within the property known as 1150
Melba Road, Encinitas.
2. Warmington Encinitas 41 LLC, A Delaware Limited Liability Company became successor
in interest to the property as OWNER.
2. Said Covenant, including the plans and specifications for said improvements, is on file with
the Office of the Clerk of the Board of Directors.
3. Said improvements were completed by the OWNER and accepted by the San Dieguito
Water District Board of Directors on the 23`d day of January, 2013.
4. Warmington Encinitas 41 LLC posted security in the amount of$129,408. Seventy-five
percent(75%) of the security has been released. The District will retain twenty-five percent(25%)
of the security in the amount of$32,358. This Security will be released at the end of the one-year
warranty period.
5. All requirements of said Agreement have hereby been satisfied except for warranty.
6. Neither acceptance of said improvements by the Board of Directors nor this Notice
constitute a waiver of any defects in the work of the construction or installation of said
improvements.

VERIFICATION OF BOARD CLERK
