NOTICE OF COMPLETION
Assessor's Parcel No. 257-011-39&40
1. John Thill, as OWNER in fee, of a development project located at 675 & 678 Quail
Gardens Lane was required to construct and install public water mains and appurtenances per the
conditions of the City of Encinitas' Fire Department.
2. Jaeson Galli became successor in interest to the property, 675 Quail Gardens Lane, as
OWNER in fee.
3. Steve Jones became successor in interest to the property, 678 Quail Gardens Lane, as
OWNER in fee.
3. Said improvements were completed by the OWNER, Steve Jones, and accepted by the San
Dieguito Water District Board of Directors on the 27th day of March,2013.
4. John Thill posted security in the amount of$1 00,000. Seventy-five percent (75%) of the
security has been released. The District will retain twenty-five percent (25%) of the security in the
amount of$25,000. This Security will be released at the end of the one-year warranty period.
5. All requirements of said improvements have hereby been satisfied except for warranty.
6. Neither acceptance of said improvements by the Board of Directors nor this Notice
constitute a waiver of any defects in the work of the construction or installation of said
improvements.
