AND AVOID DAMAGE TO ADJOINING PROPERTIES OR FINISHED WORK ON THE SITE AND SHALL
TAKE REMEDIAL MEASURE TO PREVENT EROSION OF FRESHLY GRADED AREAS UNTIL SUCH
TIME AS PERMANENT DRAINAGE AND EROSION CONTROL MEASURES HAVE BEEN INSTALLED.
14, ALL AREAS TO BE FILLED SHALL BE PREPARED TO BE FILLED AND FILL SHALL BE
PLACED IN ACCORDANCE WITH STANDARD SPECIFICATION. ALL VEGETABLE MATTER AND

15. CUT AND FILL SLOPES SHALL BE CUT AND TRIMMED TO FINISH GRADE TO PRODUCE
SMOOTH SLHFACE AND UNIFORM CROSS SECTION, THE SLOPES OR EXCAVATION AND
EMBANKMENTS SHALL BE SHAPED, PLANTED, AND TRIMMED AS DIRECTED BY THE ENGINEER
OF WORK AND LEFT IN A NEAT AND ORDERLY CONDITION. ALL STONES; ROODS AND OTTER
WASTE MATTER EXPOSED OR EXCAVATION OR EMBANKMENT SLOPES WHICH ARE LIABLE TO
BECOME LOOSENED SHALL BE REMOVED AND DISPOSED OF. THE TOE AND TOP OF ALL
SLOPES SHALL BE ROUND IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE GRADING ORDINANCE.
16. ALL TREES, BRUSH, GRASS, AND OTHER OBJECTIONABLE MATERIAL SHALL BE COLLECTEQ
PILED OR OTHERWISE DISPOSED OF OFF THE SITE BY THE CONTRACTOR SO AS TO LEAVE

3. IN THE EVENT THAT LANDSCAPING MATERIALS ARE REQUIRED TO BE STOCK-
PILED, THE STOCKPILES WILL BE LOCATED OUTSIDE OF ANY DRAINAGE COURSE IN
ORDER TO REDUCE THE POTENTIAL FOR STORM WATER TO COME IN CONTACT WITH
AND SUSPEND THE MATERIALS WITHIN ITS FLOW. IN ADDITION TO THE LOCATION
OF THE STOCKPILES, WHEN THE STOCKPILES WILL REMAIN IN PLACE FOR THE
COURSE OF MORE THAN 1 DAY, THEN THE STOCKPILE WILL BE ADEQUATELY COVERED
SUCH THAT PRECIPITATION WILL NOT BE CAPABLE OF COMING IN CONTACT WITH
THE STOCKPILED MATERIAL.
4. THE PROPOSED IRRIGATION SYSTEM WILL HAVE AN AUTOMATED RAIN SHUTOFF
DEVICE, WHICH WILL DISCONTINUE IRRIGATION IN THE EVENT OF RAIN AND IF
THE SOIL IS SUFFICIENTLY SATURATED.
5. THE PROPOSED IRRIGATION SYSTEM WILL BE ROUTINELY INSPECTED AND
MAINTAINED TO ENSURE THAT 0'P WATERING IS MINIMIZED, BROKEN OR
MALFUNCTIONING SPRINKLER HEADS WILL BE REPLACED AS NEEDED, AND IN THE

COLLECTION AND DISCHARGE ONTO THE STREET AND /OR INTO THE PUBL.IC _rORM

POLLUTION CONTROL SHALL NOT BE MODIFIED WITHOUT A PERMIT FROM THE CITY.
7. OWNER TO OBTAIN A CONSTRUCTION PERMIT FROM THE ENGINEERING
DEPARTMENT AT LEAST 46 HOURS PRIOR TO WORKING IN THE PUBLIC RIGHT OF
WAY. FAILURE TO DO SO WILL RESULT IN AN ISSUANCE OF A STOP WORK NOTICE
AND DOUBLE PERMIT FEES. IT IS THE RESPONSIBLIBITY OF THE OWNER TO KNOW
WHERE THE LOCATION OF THE PROPERTY LINE IS.
8. ALL UTILITIES SERVING THIS SITE SHALL BE INSTALLED UNDERGROUND.
9. NO CONCENTRATED DRAINAGE FLOWS ARE PERMITTED OVER ADJACENT PROPERTY
LINES. WATER IS TO DRAIN AWAY FROM STRUCTURES FOR A MINIMUM OF 5 FEET
