hereinafter called GRANTOR, do(es) hereby grant, convey and dedicate to the COUNTY OF SAN DiE`20, Sta te of ,+
California, hereinafter called GRANTEE, the right of way and incidents thereto for a public highway upon, over and
across that certain real property in the County of San Diego,State of California,described as follows:
Parcel No. 79-0585-A (5-23-79) (LT:WM:ab)
The Easterly 42.00 feet of that portion of the Southwest Quarter of the
Northwest Quarter of Section 14, Township 13 South, Range 4 West, San
Bernardino Meridian, in the County of San Diego, State of California,
according to United States Government Survey, approved April 19, 1931 ,
included in that land described in deed to First Church of Christ ,
Scientist recorded March 29, 1968 as File/Page No. 52541 in the Office
of the County Recorder of said County of San Diego.
TOGETHER, with that portion of said church land lying within a 110.00 foot
wide strip of land, the sidelines of said strip lying 55.00 feet on each
side of the centerline of the relocation of County Road Survey No. 458 ,a `
as said survey is referred to in said deed. `
ALSO, TOGETHER with that portion of said church land lying Westerly of the
Westerly line of said Easterly-42.00 feet, and lying Southerly of the a�x}
Southerly line of said 110.00 foot wide strip and lying Northeasterly of
the arc of a 20.00 foot radius curve concave Southwesterly, said curve

excavation and embankment slopes beyond the limits of the herein described right-of-way where required for the con- Y +
struction and maintenance of said County Highway. RESERVING unto grantor of the above described parcel of land, {
his successors cr assigns, the right to eliminate such slopes and/or drainage structures_or portions thereof,_when in the
written opinion of the County and/or District Engineer of Grantee, the necessity therefore is removed by substituting,
other protection, support and/or drainage facility, provided such substitution is first approved in writing by said i-
Engineer(s).
The Grantor hereby further grants to Grantee all trees, growths(growing or that may hereafter grow),and road building l
materials within said right-of-way, including the right to take water, together with the right to use the same in such T
manner and at such locations as said Grantee may deem proper,needful or necessary,in the construction,reconstruction,
improvement or maintenance of said highway.
The Grantor, for himself, his successors and assigns, hereby waives any claim for any and all damages to Grantor's re-
maining property contiguous to the right-of-way hereby conveyed by reason of the location,construction,landscaping
or maintenance of said highway,
