ON MOTION of Supervisor Hamilton, seconded by Supervisor Bates, �' �
the Board adopts the following resolution: L
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission, in its report filed in the Office
of the Clerk of the Board of Supervisors on March 21, 1979 (Board of
Supervisors Document No. 580587)recommended, with the concurrence of the
Department of Planning and Land Use that the requested petition for
vacation and abandonment of a portion of Rossini Drive be denied;
NOW THEREFORE
The Board of Supervisors hereby finds that due and proper notice of
the hearing on the proposal to vacate said highway has been given as
required by law, and that said highway hereinafter described is unneces- Q
sary for present or prospective public use. s 0
IT IS RESOLVED AND ORDERED that the h earing-be and it is hereby k

closed; that a finding that the requested vacation is not subject to the ..
environmental review process be and it is hereby made; that a finding ;
pursuant to the Street and Highways Code that subject right-of-way cannot U$
be used as non-motorized transportation facility be and it is hereby I? a
made; and that the following described County highway be and it is
hereby vacated and abandoned:
Parcel No. 78-1455-A
That portion of Rossini Drive as shown on Parcel 1 of Parcel Map 0
No. 4644, filed in the Office of the County Recorder of the
County of San Diego, State of California, conveyed to the County `YI'
of San Diego, by deed recorded July 5, 1951 as File/Page 51-82669
in the Office of said County Recorder lying Southerly of the
Easterly extension of the Northerly line of said Parcel 1 and
lying Northerly of the Southeasterly extension of the Northeasterly C
line of Montgomery Avenue as established by said conveyance File/Page Z.t
51-82669 to the County of San Diego.

by File/Page No. 51-82669 and tangent to said Southeasterly i
extension of the Northeasterly line of Montgomery Avenue.
