COMPANY, a corporation, as Grantee, an easement and right of Stay in, upon, over, t 0

the size of, improve, reconstruct, relocate, replace, repair, patrol, maintain I
and use a line of poles with wires and cables suspended thereon and supported y

facilities consisting of, but not limited to, conduits, pads, manholes,

connected therewith, and also for pipelines for the transmission and distribution
of GAS, together with their necessary fixtures and appurtenances, at such "
locations and elevations upon, along, over and under the hereinafter described _`
easement and right of way as Grantee may now or hereafter deem convenient or q
necessary at any time and from time to time, together with the right of ingress
thereto and egress therefrom, to and along said easement and right of way by a

lands, together with the right to clear and keep clear said easement and right
of way from explosives, buildings, structures and materials.
The property in which said easement and right of way is hereby granted
is situated in the County of San Diego , State of California, and is

' Grantor grants to Grantee the right to erect and maintain on the above
described lands of Grantor adjacent to said easement and right of way such ; 0
anchorage as may be necessary at any time and from time to time to properly guy
said line of poles.
Grantor shall not erect, place or construct, nor permit to be erected, ;
placed or constructed, any building or other structure, plant any tree, drill or
dig any well, within the limits of said easement and right of way. #
Grantor shall not increase or decrease the ground surface elevations ;
within the boundaries of said easement and right of way existing at the date
of execution of this instrument, Without the previous written consent of Grantee. fi
Grantee shall have the right, but not the duty, to trim or remove trees Yn '
and brush along or adjacent to said easement and 'right of way and remove roots from
within said easement and right of way whenever Grantee deems it necessary. Said
right shall not relieve Grantor of the duty as owner to trim or remove trees and 0
brushes to prevent danger or hazard to property or persons. N
The terms, covenants and conditions of this easement and right of way
shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit of any heirs, executors, administra-
tors, permittees, licensees, agents or assigns of Grantor and the successors and a
assigns of Grantee. Z
