Grantor shall not erect or construct, or permit to be erected or constructed, y
any building or other structure, plant any tree, or drill any well within the N
limits of said easement and right of way.
Grantor shall not increase or decrease the ground surface elevations within
this easement an d right of way, without written consent of the Grantee. v
Grantor shall clear and keep clear said easement and right of way from
explosives, materials, buildings, or other structures, implements or obstructions T^^
without limiting the generality of the foregoing.

Grantee shall have the right to trim and cut trees, foliage and roots upon O
and from within this easement and right of way whenever in Grantee's judgment the n
same shall be necessary or proper for the convenient and safe exercise of the t O 1
rights herein granted. ,
